MIDDLE TIER

These one's are always gentlemen. I've had multiple Delta Chi men give up their seats for me at events that have been overcrowded and I don't even know them that well. I've always felt safe around them. They're hard workers. All the work they've done on their house looks fabulous. They seem to be very involved in the Greek community. They're not the best looking guys ever but I'd def. take them home to meet momma! They have some work to do but they're not bad at all.

Why do they have so many gimpy short guys? They act like children and they are by no means gentlemen. I had a class with one a couple semesters back and he was extremely rude to the instructor. Given the instructor was a douche and they guy called him out on it but you still shouldn't be disrespectful to your instructor. Tacky AF. They're kind of an embarrassment to Ronald Reagan and Elvis Presley. Get your stuff together boys.

I always hear these girls either talking bad about their sisters or complaining about the endless drama in their lives. Not friendly at all. Only stick to themselves. I've never seen them at anyone else's events, unless it's TKEs. Everyone on campus knows those two groups are attached at the hip. Pretty sure TKEs the only group that likes these girls. I honestly don't think anyone would really miss them. They're kind of stuck up and they really do think they're better than everyone else.

People call them Sigma Phi Everyone for a reason. They take quantity over quality and don't grow into a brotherhood because of the "Balanced Man" program. Although there are a decent core group of guys and they try hard to be fratty, they don't succeed for reasons stated above.

MIDDLE TIER

When I came to Northwest, they were a lower tier Fraternity. However, they have really stepped it up these past couple years, they have really had some good pledge classes and have stepped up in their campus involvement and reputation. Their house is below average but its pretty obvious they don't get a lot of financial help from their alumni. Throw decent parties too.

Nothing really bad to say about them, they are a middle to upper tier fraternity. They have taken a little bit of a hit these last two years because of poor effort which leads to a poor pledge class. If they don't get it together, they could fall off very quickly. Also their house is garbage.
