I used to hate on these guys all the time. I went to my first party of theirs for NYE. I've got to say, they throw the best parties out of all the frats I've been to. Not to mention, they have the hottest guys on campus. Makes it all that much more fun(;

DZ has lost some of its hottest members over these past few years because sisterhood is weak and they have their own cliques. nice girls but sometimes seem stuck up.

Non biased outsider here. These guys had a fantastic pledge class in both numbers and quality that saved their chapter. After 4 years they are finally getting chartered. They have a super tight brotherhood and they are top academically. It's a young group that needs to prove that the big class wasn't a one off thing but these guys have a future.

When I first went through sorority recruitment I didn't have many friends. These guys took me in and made me feel like I belong in my chapter and as part of the community with their chapter. I have seen their accomplishments as someone who has grown close to their chapter recently and have been amazed by these guys. I believe that they will be the top guys on campus in the coming years. They are killing it in recruitment, brotherhood, and have the best parties on campus while still maintaining the highest GPA! They have done so much for my chapter and they are family to me. Look out for these guys over the next year or two because they are going to be the frat to join since they just chartered

Theta chi is the most involved and has a great brotherhood. Many people look at pike and thinks it great but its a bunch of jocks who just care about intramural sports and ATO has some good guys but others have been known to make dumb decisions. Only one worth your time is theta chi.

They self rank a ton. Their parties are cool from what I’ve been to, but that’s about it. I don’t see them doing much of anything else on campus.
