Is there a spring rush and how does it work?

Im not sure about frats but most Sororities do depending if they have room to take in more girls. They will have notifications of exactly what will happen but basically you will choose one or 2 houses to visit and then choose from them. It is not like formal rush where you visit all the Sororities and have a long drawn out process. Good luck!
