Fraternities: (Order is interchangeable in tiers)
Top: Phi Sig, SAE, Phi Psi, Phi Kapps, and TKE
Middle: AKL, Sammys, Sig Nu, and Delta Chi.
Bottom: Skulls, OD, Pi Kapps, AEPI, Theta Chi, DY, and Sig Ep.
Sororities:
Top: ASA and Sig Kap
Upper Middle: Sigmas and APhi
Lower Middle: DZ and DG
Bottom: ADPI, Sig Lamb, and Lambda Theta.

In a social aspect, i would put TKE in top tier because I only ever see them having opens. Spring semester their house was constantly lit up. In other aspects like grades, community involvement, and overall campus image, they're mid. They do have a decent philanthropy idea with the flags that seems to be bringing some houses together. If they become more well rounded they'd be the lone house in a "Mid Top" tier.

Probably ASA should move to the middle and Sigmas should move more to the top. ASA is not bad, but most fraternities feel they have a better friendship with Sigmas, then the ASA's.
