But they are super small and members would rather focus on their own work than building a strong brotherhood or growing their campus presence. Probably shouldn't be a fraternity on campus.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Northern Illinois University - NIU 3.9 They were a smaller fraternity but very fun and outgoing guys. Their parties were very fun and never felt uneasy or surrounded by thirsty guys.
