Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Northern Illinois University - NIU 4.6 If you don't think Phi Kaps is a top house, you're insane. Not only are they fun, they have a true brotherhood. If I was guy, I would definitely be a Phi Kap.

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Northern Illinois University - NIU 4.0 Got some creepy kids but the overwhelmingly amount of phi kaps are good. I like this house because most of the guys are nice and are down to drink. Defiantly one of the best houses on campus.

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Northern Illinois University - NIU 3.8 The boys of Phi Kappa Theta are for the most part all super sweet guys. ALMOST all of them are respectful towards girls at NIU. A few of them are little over the top and can come off as being to forward and creepy. Overall, a great fraternity to go to and have a good time. They are always willing to party!
