Probably one of the biggest group of douchebags I've met, I never have fun when I go there. All the guys are so full of themselves. They don't talk to you if they don't know you. Not welcoming at all and a lot of them are creepy and disrespectful. There are a few good guys in there though, not all of them are tools, just most of them

I would say this is a So-So type fraternity. Their parties are usually hit or miss, but not that bad. They could be a little more aggressive with thier realtions withthe sororities, but I definitely say Sammy is totally way better than AEPi.

Delta Zeta is a top house. Most girls (not all) are beautiful. They are athletic, fun, smart, and know how to have a good time at mixers. They don't have a bad reputation like other houses. TRUST ME. GO DZ. People will love you and respect you.
