In the game of which one doesn't belong, this house is it. Not your typical sorority, essentially a group of people who wouldn't fit in to the other houses. Certainly not a bad thing though, this adds diversity to the greek system and is a great option for those who fit in there.

Heard lots of women cancelled their membership. They seem very fake and catty. Not a very strong sisterhood

Being apart of an alpha phi chapter here at NIU I learned a lot, it was fun while it lasted until it got real the older girls wanted nothing to do with the new girls and it was so diverse a lot of Mexicans and some whites not to Many blacks the two blacks they had they kicked out how convient right? Doesn't seem right to me, they disown you as even being apart of it If your not in it anymore. I simply feel as though if you don't want someone in the chapter don't pick them, then treat them wrong.

I really wanted into this house, along with a ton of girls in my recruitment group. Unfortunately, I ended up not getting in. This is for sure a house that everyone wants to get into. They are so down to earth and are honestly so sweet. Each girl I talked to seemed to really be the ideal sorority girl.

These guys are very new to NIU greek life. But I have partied with them twice and I will say they are a great group of guys and for there member size and space they throw average parties. And you can tell they have a strong brotherhood. I can easily say in 2 years they will be middle tier.

They got into some serious trouble a few years ago, lost their house and a huge portion of the girls. This resulted in huge recent pledge classes, which also means a lot of diversity. You can't put this sorority in a box because you will see everything here- all cultures, beliefs and personalities. They're currently essentially starting over, living in apartments. I've met some really great girls here, and some that I personally did not get along with so well.
