Can honestly say they are one of the best houses on Greek Row. Pretty much got it all at this point; social scene was pretty dead last year but they've had a ton of really lit parties this year.

Not a good whatsoever. Filled with creepy scumbags and nobody respects them at all. I've heard from friends that have been there before that the guys you'll run into are one of either toolbags, sketches, creeps, or weirdos. Stay away from this house.
