Sig kap used to be a top tier until this year, their fall 15 pledge class is a joke. It looks like they let everyone that rushed in. Poor sisterhood, the older girls don't even associate with the new ones.

Hit or miss with the guys in this house. Some are cool, pretty good looking guys with strong personalities. But the majority of the guys are not good looking, generally pot heads, get too drunk at parties or are just creepy/weird. House condition is poor, smells weird all the time (typical for fraternities, I know) but they take it too far. A pregame house at best. Me and my girlfriends used to go there, drink their booze, then go to some other house. Sorry, not sorry.

Great group of girls. I never hear anything bad about them and every time im out they always say hi and are very nice. No wonder why they won top house 3 years in a row

TKEs is a poor excuse for a fraternity. Their members are uninvolved, disrespectful, and just flat out stupid. Their "house" is decent but unfortunately all the rooms have pre-teens living in them who just got into their parent's alcohol stash and think they're hot stuff because they just get wasted all the time. I know a girl who was scarred by going to TKEs because a member was groping her while she begged him to stop and none of his brother's stepped up to be a responsible adult, that's sad.

This frat lets complete random guys in there house to party. That makes me as a girl feel completely unsafe.
