transferring as a sophomore

Hey everyone! I'm coming to NAU Fall 2016 as a sophomore, and I was wondering if I have a chance of getting a bid? I've heard that it's really hard for sophomores to get in at other schools, so I wanted to see if it's like that here. Also, what do the different sororities look for in their PNMs? Thanks!
