sorority and fraternity tiers?

You know this is a joke of a post when they say Phi Delt is solid and popular. Sigma Chi is dropping, but not TKE.
TOP: TKE and D Chi.
Why would you rush any fraternity except the top house(s)?

TKE is top because of their social aspect and football. Phi delt gets those guys who like soccer and all that.
I feel like this is how the rankings should look:
TOP:Dchi, TKE, Sig Chi(cause they're still nationally known to be strong)
MIDDLE:Phi Delt(cause of sports)
AVERAGE: Phi Sigma Kappa (Slowly growing)
BOTTOM:theta chi,KA, Sigma Nu,Pi Kapp, DTD, ZBT
TBA:Sigma Tau Gamma(got 45-50 guys, but who knows for right now since they aren't in IM's and haven't had a rager yet)

You all are underestimating Phi Delt. They definitely party more than at the view. Everyone underestimates them and says they are barely middle tier but after this year and next they will be on top. Other fraternities are afraid of the change but things are definitely changing and they are moving up quickly. They are really good/cute guys who are fun to be around whether its partying with them or just hanging out.

^that was definitely a phi delt. Phi delt is a bunch of try hards who are nowhere near the top. Not in sports, not in academics, not in philanthropy, not in community service, not in party. The fact that they are still in Mountain View says something about them. They are middle tier at best.

That's just the truth based off numbers, popularity, philanthropy, etc. but honestly all of them have their wonk popularity because girls have their preference on who they go to/hangout with.
