Bottom tier - Theta Chi, Sig Tau, Lamba Chi, KSig, DTD

Sororities (no order just in tiers):
Top tier - Chi O, APhi, Tri Delt, ADPi
Middle tier - GPhi, KD, Pi Phi
Bottom tier - DPhiE, AOPi, Mu Epsilon Theta

pi kapp is not even close to top tier lol and idk if pike is there yet but damn near close. coming from someone in a different top tier fraternity here

Dchi, Phi Sig, and KA are honestly falling quick they’ve had some bad PC’s. Houses like PIKE, Sig Chi Pi Kap and Fiji are doing A LOT better in terms of quality guys they’re getting and quality parties.
