Love PIKE!! they're new so obviously they aren't going to be top right away, but watch out because they will be the best house :)

I've spent time with a lot of the boys in this fraternity and went to their formal. They still have a ways to go before they can become a top fraternity, but they are definitely taking the right steps. The guys are all very nice, respectful, and overall great guys. They are definitely coming up!
