gpa for rush

Do sororities go by your highschool gpa or your grades from fall semester for spring rush? And are they all 3.0?

The closest quarter/semester of full grade transcript is deemed most important. Each home has a private (re: unannounced) level of grade requirement separate from the gpa required by panhel to rush.
