What are the real top/middle/bottom fraternities on campus? I know everything after that is personal preference.

Top: SigChi, Dchi, TKE
Middle: Ksig, Ka, Phi Sig, Phi Delt
Bottom: Sig Nu, OX, PiKapp, DTD

Delta Chi runs this campus and everyone knows it.

None of the fraternities are good enough to "run campus". There are top middle and bottom tiers, but not one best fraternity.

im a delta chi and i wouldnt say we run campus, i mean i havent done cardio in forever. but we did get best grades and our parties are off the chain.
