delta phi epsilon?

WTF? They are nationally weak AF and were the worst of all the sororities who wanted to come on. Even those AOPi she beasts won't have to worry about competition.

Why is NAU even adding new sororities when pledge classes are only like 50 girls? Regardless of which sorority it is....why not grow Greek life with the organizations already here.

Campus sorority chapter total fluctuates, sometimes rising but this year perhaps falling. Panhel already made its decision to add one group this Fall, and that group will now work within panhel parameters to gain a good new member class size. It remains to be seen if our formal recruitment pnm number stays flat or lowers during 2018 and 2019, which will affect whether our second chosen NPC group shall be allowed to colonize in 2019 or defer to 2020.

NAU has more than doubled Chapter Total (2007 CT 80 women; 2016 CT 176 women) and tripled quota size (2007 quota 21; 2016 quota 68) during the past eleven years. If 68+ women join each individual chapter during formal recruitment every year in four years that's 272 women in one chapter. Chapter Total is only the average size of each chapter, some have more and others less.

The NPC's decade-long use of the Release Figure Management program (PFM) during formal recruitment allows more women than ever before to be bid into one of our groups.

NAU added NPC sororities APhi in 2012 and KD in 2015 prior to choosing DPiE and AXO for colonizations. Formal recruitment numbers will not always rise and may have plateaued, but DPhiE has every right and favor to make its colony on campus and eventually install same.

NAU formal recruitment numbers might stay high enough to make AXO a viable colony for the 2019 or 2020 Fall season.

The DPhiE chapter at NAU ended up recruiting and accepting 200 girls into their founding class. They had more than 300 girls interested and turned away (unfortunately because of their GPA, etc.)
The girls are growing with informal recruitment and then fall recruitment coming in the fall. They won greek sing, came in 2nd for the SigChi Derby Days Draft, Won the SigChi Dance off and are continuously thriving. So chill.

No one cares if you won. Accepting 200 girls just means your standards are low just like NAU's are with accepting every potential freshman with a pulse from here to the Mississippi it doesn't look good

Your choice to avoid membership in an NPC sorority is duly noted. You may now leave the pages of greekrank. Thank you.
