The truth of every fraternities ranking is that more than half of these ratings are from other fraternities trying to make each other look worse or make themselves look better. For D Chi they are very fun but can get a little crazy which isn't always a bad thing. Overall it's sad they suffered such a tragedy last year but they remain a top tier. Just need to watch out for social probation.

With TKE some guys can be flat out douchebags while others are very fun. It's a gamble but still a top tier and very fun to be around.

I have known girls that literally leave the college because they went aphi and they were so mean to them and they hated it so much. Good luck feeling comfortable in this house.

Super rude to anyone not in their friend group and especially anyone who isn't in Greek life. Can't seem to do anything without being drunk or high I advise to stay away no matter how fake they are during recruitment..
