Loved them. Some girls were super weird but some were amazing and were actually good at having genuine conversations unlike a lot of others in here. Drop the not so attractive awkward girls at your next recruitment and you'll be golden.

The rejects go here, but there are the select few who aren't rejects and actually had a choice to go to this sorority or not. The ones who chose this house as one of their first options are the hot ones, the ones that kept getting called back even though they didn't want it are the not so hot ones. AOPIs are very classy and sweethearts with an amazing sisterhood, but they need to be more involved on campus and chill with giving bids to every girl that walks into their chapter room.

Going through recruitment, no one really wanted them because they were awkward. They're way too nice and accept almost anyone which is a downside. They should try being more selective and they definitely have the potential to soar past the others. Half are super hot and half are not even close. Definetley better than half the sororities and know how to stay genuine and have a good time! Keep it up and don't let other people's opinions affect which sorority feels like home to you.

Super nice and respectful house with a good sisterhood that many girls want to be in. One of them begged me to not drop them though because of academics, but I did for that reason and the begging turned me away. Pi phi passed them GPA wise, which made them the second "smartest" sorority on campus. I don't know if that flipped a switch on them since they are very competitive grades wise. Seem to only care about academics rather than sisterhood to their Make a Wish Foundation.

Going through fall 2016 recruitment many of the PNMs dropped them the first night because half the girls are awkward and can't hold a conversation. It was like the PNMs were leading the conversation instead. Kept inviting every PNM back since 97% of the girls continued to drop them, but they have an amazing sisterhood and are super nice, with the best manners. Could use a lot of work though on communication skills, but not a bad house at all, just awkward.

One of my favorite sororities on campus and pi phi. Super attractive girls with a very diverse group who all are up for new things. They are always sitting next to each other in class and accept others who aren't in sororities (unlike others). Half are classy when going to parties and half aren't. Has some weirdos, but in a good way that makes them more fun to hang out with. From past years, they have been making a lot of progress. Not a bad sorority, keep it up.

Could use some work, a lot of work. Without a doubt my least favorite sorority at NAU.
