Easily top tier if not the best fraternity on campus. Most years they win Greek chapter of the year. There pledge class now is a solid group of guys who will carry on there legacy very well. Always have great parties and never run out of juice. Loving going to there parties great group of guys.

These girls may not be a "top house" but they have a true sisterhood . You can tell by the way they treat each other and are there for each other. This house is new on campus but I honestly think they are nice, genuine, and beautiful girls inside and out! Making friends should be more important than being in a sorority only known for having hot girls.

self rankers but they need it. all of the pi phis I've met are nice and smart an that's it. there's no substance to their personalities at socials or parties don't know why their so highly ranked when they should be middle/bottom tier

top tier for sure after g phi tri delt and a phi. they're hot smart and take life seriously with some fun on the side. they have their priorities straight and that's super hot. also they're new class is really attractive
