pikap and phikap (skulls)

Phi Kap and pi Kap are both great organizations, they just do things a little different from our other IFC school fraternities. They appeal to different audiences. Both are immensely popular, but this website is for people who like sigma chi and more traditional fraternities. In people who use this website's opinion they are not popular to that certain group. Although they are changing to where they are becoming more respected by traditional fraternities it is very gradual, as they used to be so different in the past. If you like them join them, they have as much fun as the "top tier" fraternities just they do things a little more different and appeal to a different group. If you like that group more, then so be it. I would put them in a different category from the other bottom tier groups, in reality they would be middle tier for the amount of stuff and attractive people they have, but they're just different.
tl;dr: Greek rank is dumb, go with your gut

I think it's just one of those slow transitions since they've been on the bottom for so long, but they are doing great now. It takes awhile for people to get accustomed to change in an organization's status or social stigma when it changes. Like delta sig, they used to be on bottom and it took them a long time for people to accept that they changed
