phi kappa sigma

Im thinking about rushing and i know i will get a bid from the skulls just because I know 2 of the brothers pretty well. But i also kinda want to branch out. I was wondering what people think of them as a whole. Where do they rank with the other fraternities. Do they throw good parties. Do the sororities like them? give me the low down please!

It's all about if you think you'll fit in or you like the guys. Phi Kap is middle tier so they are cool with some sororities, but not all. I heard they throw really good theme parties. They are moving up so if you like the guys there and want it to make it become top tier then by all means join and become a leader.

Hey man honestly phi kap is not good in relation to other fraternities they are "Bottom tier" But im sure you will figure that out when you meet them. They dont throw good parties and only cool with other bottom tier sororities. if you want to join a decent fraternity at least check out these "middle tier" fraternities- Fiji,Ato,Theta Chi, as for "top tier"-Sig Chi,Delta sig,pike, like I said you will soon find out the truth. Wish you luck man

Honestly phi Kap is probably about as good (or mediocre) as fiji... I really don't know why it's such a split decision on whether or not they're bottom or middle tier. It really depends on who you ask. They seem alright I guess

They're a decent fraternity! You should still branch out and try others, you don't know until you try.

are they popular with the sororities because i really dont care if they are not fratty or whatever, i really just want strong brotherhood and to be able to hit up the cute sorority chicks lol. Like do sorority girls go to their partys at all?

They have plenty of girls at their parties and they used to almost all be non-Greek girls, but now they have way more sorority ones that come around. Really great guys that aren't of the same mindset that a lot of other frats have - you don't have to fit a mold in order to fit in.
