how does spring recruitment work?

How does spring recruitment for sororities such as Kappa work? Do they contact you or do you contact their recruitment chair and go to their events?

Dont listen to her shes probably in one of the lower tier ones. Kappa is honeslty good, ive been here for awhile and they are always fun and social and can have conversations with guys. everybody likes them except other low tier sororities.
