Well they have a lot of girls at their tailgates, throw good parties and good at intramurals .. Yea they were bad a couple of years ago but seem to be doing alright now ,but everybody has an opinion

As a sorority girl or at least a former one, we don't care about the houses. No one cares if a fraternity has a house or not. We care about their social abilities (whether they are able to talk to us and hold conversations, their social events like tailgates, mixers, parties...) involvement/achievements (trying in our philanthropy events and homecoming/Greek week, winning intramurals, leadership positions on campus like SGA, NT40, homecoming court) and the amount of hot guys. A lot of fraternities that have houses still suck. In fact, most of the bottom-tier have houses and less than half of the top tier have houses so stop saying we judge fraternities on their houses because we don't.

Actually that misogynist attitude of yours is why I actively avoid your parties and looking pretty. I'm not going to be used for you or anyone's own amusement and entertainment regardless of the fact that every fraternity party I have been too has sucked. And they were put on by top tier fraternities. You obviously did not read the part where not having house has not stopped pike or ato while getting house has done nothing for sigmanu, phikap, or pikap. You say that a house is such a vital recruitment tool then turn around and say a fraternity with a house (sigmanu) is hopeless. Make up your mind and stop hating on other fraternities. That's why Greek Life sucks here. We're too small to have such division and rivalry.

listen first of all sigma nu just got their house back, pi kap has kappa siggs and pike had sigma nus when they became better.ato also recruited better when they have ka's house, of course it matters you just dont know the context of the situation and you speak without thinking. And for the parties sucking.. maybe your not good looking and did not get attention, thats what most girls in your situation say but thats not your fault or mine so please dont go to the parties we have plenty of girls that have fun.
