What do people know about this frat? I've heard good and bad things

They are good now. Bad a couple of years ago

They were bottom for a while but they're moving up. They may be top tier by now since all the good fraternities are slacking and all the bad ones are tryhards. Not saying DeltaSig is a bad one but there is a transition going on because all the top houses kind of quit and the bottom ones want to prove themselves.

They had a membership review which expelled most of their members a while back, they have since then recovered and you may call them top tier if you see their tailgates and the sororities they hang out with.... happens a lot at unt
