by: AWhat's the deal with everyone rating Pi Kappa Alpha top house here? From a non-biased perspective, they were top two years ago. Lately, they've been crumbling as a chapter. 11/14 in grades,they didn't win anything at Greek Awards, and they don't even have a house. Why are they still "top house?"
