No, not all sororities participate in spring rush. I would recommend waiting until the fall so you can get a good feel for all of the houses and really find your home

I would honestly say the top three are Chi O, Kappa, and Pi Phi and the only reason I think Chi O and Kappa are the top two is because they get along with each other and have events together. The girls in those sororities have fun, can make friends with anyone and have a good variety in girls.
