Pike is for sure top tier, have the best parties and have the most diverse group of guys that everyone loves

DG is one of the top houses, they have pretty girls, are most involved, and win everything, also they raise the most money nationally then any other sorority
Chi O does nothing, same as Alpha Phi- they just have pretty girls who dont do anything. Why boost them when theyre not all that great
Kappa is one of the top house
Pi Phi is in the bottom tier for sure, they are on national probation because their chapter is that bad

Kappa has better looking/involved girls than the others.
Pike has a lot of girls and parties while SigEp has fallen out of top tier due to probation and two and half years of awful recruitment.
