Theta Chi has definitely moved up, but SigEp is still top tier.

If having 40 something members, being in a ton of debt, and getting caught for hazing is top tier I'd rather be middle tier for life.

I like how the back to back chapter of the year is bottom tier apparently...

The rating for the fraternities is accurate, The only thing is that Kapp Sig should be top with Sigma Chi. Theta Chi is not quite there. For the sororities not quite. The only sororities that I considered top tier are DG and PiPhi.

The rankings have switched up a lot this semester. For sure sigma chi on top
Below should be theta chi and then kappa sig and sig ep right next to each other
Pike at the top of upper middle ATO has made improvement but delta sig has also jumped up enough to be side by side.
Fiji has dropped because of douchebag pledges and phi kap seemed to give bids to everyone so did sigma nu due to numbers

The fraternity ranking seems outdated. Theta Chi is certainly not top tier and Fiji should be moved to bottom tier. I could see Pi Kapp being bottom a couple of semesters ago but they're at least middle tier now. Other than that its accurate enough.
