I think the top 3 are interchangeable depending on what you want. My opinion of pi phi isn’t as high as yours I guess.

Then there’s a pretty big drop between them and the last 4, but there is something to be found there too.

But yeah, it’s sad the missing house has nothing to offer that’s good. :(
