ranking fraternities and sororities

First in my opinion here are the fraternities:
Top Tier:
Sigma Chi
Sigma Phi Epsilon
Middle Tier:
Kappa Sigma
PIKE
Theta Chi
Kappa Alpha
ATO
FIJI
Bottom Tier:
Delta Sig
Pi Kapps
Phi Tau
Sigma Nu
The Top Tier is only deserving of guys who actually run their chapters well and can bring around solid females.
Middle Tier is so so, I have them ranked descending.
Bottom tier: either up and coming or just perpetual bottom feeders.
Sororities:
Top:
Chi Omega
Kappas
Middle Tier:
Pi Phi
A Phi
Kappa Delta
Bottom Tier:
DG
AD Pi
Everyone else
ZTA
Disagree about Pi Phi all you want but those girls are ridiculously mean and they all hate each other.
I am a former fraternity man at UNT only a semester removed from the action so let me know what you think

The fraternity listing couldn't be more wrong. The top 2 tiers are the ones who are the least respectful towards admin and Greek women on campus. ATO, Pi Kappa Phi, and PIKE are gentlemen who also know how to be social and fun. Last time I checked Pi Kap was chapter of the year and PIKE won almost every Greek Award... I think it's safe to say this list is outdated.
Not to mention KA is no longer on campus. (not being a hater, I really liked them) Just goes to show, you don't have to believe everything you read, but that's just my words of wisdom for all the people who take this stuff to heart.

I have to disagree I have seen these girls at parties and have heard girls talk about houses they want the most during rush. Let's not rank them based on attitude but, on popurlarity. I would rank them like this:
Top Tier:
Pi Phi
A Phi
Chi O
Middle Tier:
Kappa Kappa
Kappa Delta
Delta Gamma
Bottom Tier:
ADPI
ZTA
