rushed before, got bid, had to drop

Hi quick question,
I went through recruitment a couple of semesters ago and got a bid from a house I really liked, but had to drop before initiation because of family stuff. I'm planning on rushing again this fall and was wondering if I should mention that to the girls interviewing me at that house during recruitment this time? In a "you liked me then, so you'll probably like me now" type of logic?

They’ll know you rushed before and the reason you dropped. I would bring it up matter of factly and that you’re so glad to have the opportunity to go through again.
