top tier- chi o (involved, pretty, party, smart)
mid top- a phi(pretty and nice) pi phi (party, pretty, outgoing, fun) kd (nice, smart, involved)
mid lower- kappa (nice but not amazing) zeta (nice and coming up)
bottom- dg (awkward) adpi (awkward)
