revised: actual sorority tiers for future pnms

I have consulted the masses and this is what we agreed upon. The sororities are not ranked within the tiers.
Top tier -
Kappa Delta, Pi Beta Phi Chi Omega
Mid tier -
Alpha Phi, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Delta Gamma
Bottom tier -
Alpha Delta Pi, Zeta Tau Alpha

Sorry man if you look on the original post everybody hates Aphi. They have zero sisterhood. And KD has been considered top tier for a while.
