sorority recruitment grade requirements
by: UntOkay I'm a transfer sophomore so my GPA is fairly good but do sororities look at just the GPA or all your grades as a whole??? I did repeat a few classes however my GPA is still above the requirement.

Not true. My sister wanted Pi Phi in the biggest way and ALL sororities require a minimum GPA. Her friend, who is honestly cuter and richer, pledged Pi Phi and had a 3.0. My sister had a 2.75 and she overheard girls talking about grade risks. Every Pi Phi needs a Pi Phi RIF because a friend of our mom is an alum. They require a MINIMUM of 2.75 for high school and 3.0 for transfers from another college. Mom is a Theta and theta needed a 2.5 when she was in school. She said it depends on the university and chapter. Since Pi Phi is top tier almost everywhere they pick and choose. A stunning girl with a great personality and leadership talent is cut slack for grades but not with a 2.0 according to my sister's Pi Phi friend. I go to a college without greeks and I know a girl who pledged kappa at Tech and she had a 2.0! in HS and wasn't cute, rich, have any kind of personality, money or morals. She hung out with us but got worse after joining.
