tips on getting a bid from a top or middle tier

How do I get a bid from either a top or middle tier? There is only one sorority I'm not fond of out of the unt Panhellenic council. I have terrible luck and feel like I'm going to get a bid from xyz (aka the one I don't like)

Assuming you referimg to ZTA lol but If you're hot and your parents have decent money your basically guaranteed to get in a top tier sorority.
