Similar to the university, the ability to market at UNT is awful, not only do they only give you 1/2 weeks to rush, the people who rush have to be found individually and there is no system to finding new guys out side of orientations (which suck) and personal connections. Its man for man, fraternity vs. Fraternity. If it was Fraternities marketing GREEK LIFE as a whole, attacking the campus as a whole then more people would be inclined to join. But UNT is selfish, and won't change until something absolutely horrible happens and opens the eyes of the ones with real power.

IFC should consider changing to a formal recruitment like Panhellenic does, I think Rush is more fair that way.
