Pike was definitely top from around Fall 2012-Fall 2015, and ATO is another fallen chapter you just feel bad for. Both Pike and ATO are more deserving of houses than PhiKap, PiKap, and SigmaNu but maybe they'll get those new houses and return to their former glory.

12 actives. Pikes for the past 4ish years have had problems about brothers wanting to take on leadership roles inside their chapter. They had no problem being super involved in other campus organizations. That's why for a why it looked as if they were a top tier, that was actually involved. But they had no one wanted to run the chapter. Therefore a collapse from the inside. Now they have 12 guys and none of those guys play on their intramural teams.

To be honest they did alright right after loosing their house but theres only so much you can do in a small house like that across from zeta. Eventually your fraternity withers away and becomes middle to bottom tier, their fall 13 class which made them good has either dropped or about to gradate and their new guys suck compared to the old guys. ATO is on the verge of loosing their house and you can tell how crappy their chapter is getting.
