delta sig

Can someone please explain to me why delta sig is considered top tier on here? They're parties are decent but a lot of the middle tier fraternities have better quality guys and pledge classes than them. What's so special about them and weren't they considered bottom tier not too long ago?

They have a lot of good guys but you don't seem them too much on campus because participation is low , like other top fraternities . They throw the best parties and are good at intramurals but get a bad rep for on campus involment... you seem to only see them at social events and Willis

I witnessed this happening. Apparently, DeltaSig had this paint party one summer and girls discovered they had some attractive and involved brothers (which they did at the time) but those brothers graduated, dropped, transferred, et al so the ratings here haven't adjusted for the newer guys yet, especially since DeltaSig thinks they're hot stuff still.

I had some friends go to that party and say how amazing it was.

I'm also speaking from my own experience of thinking DeltaSig was bottom until I saw their officers then thought "wait...deltasig is actually hot?!?"

It's only about good party's and good looking guys to be top tier here at Unt. I mean you wouldnt call sig chi top tier or go to a sig chi party if they looked like a bottom tier frat (Fiji sigma nu pi kapp phi tau extra) and had half ass party's. Think about it lol

This logic is terrible because ATO, Pi kapp, skulls, and hell even Fiji have a bunch of good looking guys but you don't see them on campus either. What makes a top tier fraternity is the PERCENTAGE of good looking guys. Which puts sig chi, sig ep, and theta chi higher than delta sig. Delta sig is the equivalent to PIKE where some sorority girls prefer them to others but do not have the real quality and percentage of good looking guys as others.

Wtf PIKE is no way close to Dsig. PIKE is still considered top tier even without a house. They are social, know how to talk to girls and don't throw lame parties like sig ep. There loggers and joggers was the best party this semester. Wait until PIKEs peak

Sig ep definitely has better looking dudes than Delta Sig. Ive been around all four and I'd agree Sig ep, Sigma chi and Theta chi all have the best looking guys

We read all this at our chapter meeting. We at delta sig think y'all are trying way to hard and should worry about your own chapters. And I feel you take Greeks rank seriously you're lame af
