end fall 2016 semester

Top: Delta Sig , Sigma chi
Delta Sig: threw the party of the semester with their Christmas sweater party followed only by their own Halloween party , big chapter, off probation , good at intramurals and great tailgates .. Bad, are not involved on campus, don't get along with some sororities, bully their neighbors.
Sigma chi: Good group of guys, good at intramurals, good social events and great tailgates, awesome guys...Bad , don't get along with some sororities, parties are getting stale, not involved on campus.

Upper middle: Sig Ep
Sig Ep: alright pledge class, good tailgates and off probabtion, Bad, below average parties, bad at intramurals, become really average on everything.

Upper middle : Theta Chi
Theta chi : alright pledge class, decent at intramurals , good orginazation, showing effort to get better. Bad: still recovering from their membership review, small chapter, on probation, little to no on campus involvement , no parties.

The rest are kind of the same except bottom tier, this is UNT at the end of fall semester... you can argue but we all know that's how it plays out, spring semester may be different but for now it's like this. Good luck on finals and happy graduation to our seniors hope you have a great ceremony.

Which one ? All the ones me and my friends have been too had half the people or got shut down by the cops early. Second place would probably be sigma chi or Sig Ep and I know those weren't better lol

Not gonna lie, I went to that Christmas party and had the time of my life! They went all out with decorations and I think everyone really appreciated it

These are for sure the top 4 at UNT. Theta Chi kind of fell off because of their pledge class. Sig Ep still has rumors about taking advantage of women and pulled an average pledge class. Sigma Chi's pledge class was definitely the best but they're still on probation. Delta Sig has been throwing fun parties but a lot of their new guys look sketchy

Pi Kapp should be top tier at this point. We pulled off a good pledge class this year and we're the most involved on campus. Plus are parties are getting a lot better and most the sororities love us.

I would go back to being a pledge befor going pI kapp I would rush 6 other frats befor I would rush yall. And if I didn't make it in those then I would just be a GDI. phi kapp and pi kapp are in the category
