new houses on the row?

the construction that is going on right now is not for the houses themselves but, instead, for the plumbing and stuff for future houses. I don't believe the houses are expected to be started on and finished for 3-5 years. the parking lot will reopen once they are done with the construction going on right now.
that being said, from my understanding the only one of the 3-4 houses that is GUARANTEED towards any organization is going towards a NPHC organization
