Ignore those people. It has to do with grades. Pike is excellent in athletics, leadership and involvement, and the ladies, but they tend to lack in grades and academics. One of their previous officers mentioned something how it affected them getting a house.

Don't listen to ^ that crap it's because they don't have the money to build a house everyone on the row had alumni support and the money because they were here befor pike. If you consider rushing pike don't listen to them when they say they are getting a new house. Been saying it since I was a freshman and that was 3 years ago.
