fall tiers

Top:Delta Sig, Sig Chi
These two frats are they ones everyone knows and everyone wants to be around in the fall good party's and can be really social more then others
Mid: Pike, Sig Ep, ATO, Theta Chi
Surprised Pike dropped a tier...Well don't be Pike is starting to fall off and they won't get any better unless they bring in a good fall class but overall these frats are mostly just as good as the top tier in there own way but all have a few things that hold them back from being the top
Low Mid: Fiji, Pi Kapp, Phi Kapp
These guys aren't as social,athletic, or all well known but because they have a few guys that are able to make there frats noticeable they belong here
Bottom: Sigma Nu, Pi Tau

Upper-Middle, Middle, or Lower Middle depending on who you talk to but definitely not bottom and not yet top.

This is true sigma chi and delta sig still continue to rule the social scene even though delta sig only got like 14 pledges their chapter is still big, look at tailgates, parties and intramurals these two always have a large crowd.
Sig Ep is third they pulled an alright pledge class but the chapter as a whole needs to change either way a step in the right direction.
Theta chi pulled some cool kids also and has made a good recovery so far since their membership review. chapter is still small but will make improvements.
Lastly Pi kapp has been working on changing their chapter for the best with this new pledge class but how long will it last until Kappa sig gets their house back. But for the mean time they got some good pledges.

Pike has shown that even if you don't have a "house" you can still get solid pledge classes and be top tier. Pi Kapps last coulple pledge classes have been solid and they also kicked sig eps ass in football so pls don't call sig ep athletic and not them dawg

lets be real here no one really cares about campus involvement and other small things everybody wants to know the "party scene" and the "social events" its the truth.
Delta Sig may have thrown the best party on of the semester on the row and not get caught this weekend, good at intramural sports and are also off probation with a big house, that's why they are top.
Sigma chi are good at sports, have a well balanced chapter and throws decent parties.. that's why they are top.
These chapters have the worst relations with the university because they like to have the most fun and mid way through the semester it still seems like it.

Sig chi and Delta Sig are the best. Both complete opposites but going to either ones house you will have fun if they are throwing a party. Delta sig had a holloween party in there house instead of doing it off campus for God sake and it was the best party this semester.
