like at all schools pairings usually happen by tier wise, in which i mean top tier looks for top and mid looks for mid..Here is the breakdown currently but may vary at top

Top
Sigma chi Aphi

Delta Sig Kappa

Pike Chi o

Mid

Sig Ep pi phi

ATO Dg

lower mid

Fiji
KD
Theta chi

Bottom- usually with adpi or zeta
