I am graduating this December, but I really wanna rush this fall. Should I still do it? Do sororites have payment plans? Lol

Honestly, no. Sororities want freshmen although upperclassmen, even seniors, can get into the sororities they want, but since you're only going to be there for a semester, you won't get the full experience and most likely will not get a bid if you do decide to rush. Some sororities don't even have intiation until the next semester. I'm really sorry but that's the truth.
