theta chi guys are pretty friendly, but they do give off try hard vibes. they show up and host a good amount of events, more than some of the frats that have a house. their new leadership is definitely what’s doing it. like i said, definitely giving try hard vibes, but honestly can see them starting to make a come back and maybe getting their house back.

Their brotherhood has allowed them to rise through the ranks very quickly, and they already have become one of the more dominant frats despite just coming back to UNT. They are very involved with the community and are very goal oriented.
