Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 5.0 People hate on them because of their big house and their douchness, but in reality they are one of the only good frats on campus. Not better than sig yet but for sure better than any other frat on campus.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 4.2 they got the best house and are growing rapidly since their review 3 years ago. if you're trying to get locked up they're the guys to go towards. very respectable. feel welcomed. Haven't been to any of their parties but i hear they're better than their only competition ΣΧ

As hard as yall try you will never be top house like they are. Now that they are off probation you definitely don't stand a chance.
