Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 4.9 Great group of guys,who throw pretty decent parties. They're very social and respectful to those in and out of greek life. Met most of them, no bad comments. Strong brotherhood keep it up!

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 4.5 Great group of guys who are actually friends with all of greek life. They’ve changed over the years just like every fraternity and sorority does. As of what I have personally seen they throw the best Philanthropy events. Their Stars and Stripes week ended with a legit ball, so that’s pretty cool if you ask me

Great group of guys who are actually friends with all of greek life. They’ve changed over the years just like every fraternity and sorority does. Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 1.0 These guys think they are top because of there house but really fell off don’t party anymore, its gotten to the point where they can’t throw a decent kickback. They have to force guys to live in the house should tell you something.

Great looking house, but unfortunate because they cannot make their Fraternity chapter exclusive nor can they make it standout. BUT I will say they are top 3, and top one is most likely Sig Ep or Sigma chi.
