Why do people give them good ratings? They aren’t what they used to be. Only doing good in intramurals and having one good party isn’t enough to be high ranking.

They won all intramural sports this year and had a couple of good parties. Idk how any other fraternity is ranked above then rn lol. They don't even compete with other fraternities at UNT

I've seen them come up since 2017 and they threw a lot of parties that me and my friends went to and they were better than sigma chis and theta chis parties. Their tailgates we're good too but not as good as they used to be but definitely top with sig and ox
