Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 4.6 These guys are great. They are a smaller chapter, but offer HUGE opportunities. From what I have seen, they have the best relation with their alumni (which has helped them out with jobs). They have the NICEST house layout. the entrance alone is stunning. Their grades speak for themselves. They may be middle tier at the moment, but historically, they have been the best on campus. They are also the first fraternity on campus, and has never been kicked off (unlike the other ones).

They are smaller in numbers but everyone is actively involved. they have a good brotherhood and know how to have fun. they are a mid tier fraternity, but are moving up fast. Can't wait to hang with them after break!!

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 3.6 This is a good fraternity. The thing is that they are out of money. There house is pretty beat up. Needs fixing up. Ive met some of the brothers. They seem like a good group of guys just they seem to be stuck at that middle tier and cant get out.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 4.0 Nicest guys with some of the best hospitality. Awesome house without a doubt. Love to party. They are working diligently to become top tier. I believe they can do it. Hats off to all of them.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 4.8 These guys are the silent treasures. Those that know them cherish them, but sometimes they aren't recognized, because they are a cool laid back Fraternity. Don't let that fool you though, these guys are involved on campus and support other greek's philanthropies. They just aren't "show boats" like some of the other Fraternities around campus.
